MR - SISTEMAS DE CONSTRUÇÃO MODERNOS, LDA. (hereinafter referred to as MESTRE RAPOSA), with NIPC 508 616 085 and head office at Casa M. Raposa, E.N. 125, Quatro Estradas, 8100-321 Loulé, Portugal, is the company that owns and manages the website 'http://www.theluxurywindows.com', which aims at promoting the commercial activity of MESTRE RAPOSA through the promotion of its offers and sale of its products, but also to do some marketing and attract new clients.

7.1. MESTRE RAPOSA stores and keeps the data for a maximum of two years. After which the data is deleted, excepting those that must be kept for compliance of MESTRE RAPOSA’s legal obligations, and only for the sufficient and necessary time, after which they will be deleted.
8. USER’S RIGHTS
8.1. The User, as holder of the personal data, can request access to his data to MESTRE RAPOSA, as well as object or oppose to its treatment and to revoke his consent. The User can also limit the data treatment, as well as rectify and delete this data by requesting it by e-mail sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, and he or she will receive an e-mail communication confirming it as soon as this procedure is completed.
8.2. The User can also, at any time he or she feels the rights, as described in the previous paragraph, are being denied, to file a formal complaint with the National Commission for Data Protection (Comissão Nacional de Protecção de Dados – CNPD).
9. SECURITY MEASURES
9.1. MESTRE RAPOSA ensures the security of the personal data made available through the use of technical and organisational measures appropriate to ensure a level of security suitable to the risk, considering the nature, the scope, the context and the purposes of treatment, and, the risks, probability and variable severity for the Users.
10. THIRD PARTIES’ COMMUNICATION
10.1. MESTRE RAPOSA may use third parties to provide certain services, such as maintenance, technical support, commercial management or marketing services, and these third parties may have access to some of the personal data, namely those necessary to go through with the services provided.
10.2. MESTRE RAPOSA ensures that the third parties that have access to the data are credible and offer high protection assurances and that it will never transmit to them any data other than that necessary for the service hired to be provided.
10.3. MESTRE RAPOSA continues to be responsible for the treatment of the personal data made available.
10.4. MESTRE RAPOSA can also transmit data to third parties within the scope of investigations, inquires and judicial, administrative or similar proceedings, as long as so ordered by decision of a competent authority.
11. DATA TRANSFER
11.1. Should any personal information, due to a certain service being provided to MESTRE RAPOSA, be transferred to third parties in countries which are non-Members to the European Union, MESTRE RAPOSA will comply with the applicable legislation, namely in what concerns the appropriate level of protection offered to the personal data and the requisites for such transfers, not transferring personal data to jurisdictions that will not provide adequate security and protection assurances.
